1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bigwin69 ("bigwin69," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bigwin69 online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the bigwin69 Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the bigwin69 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bigwin69 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of multiple account registrations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS

4.1 Deposits

bigwin69 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification requirements. bigwin69 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within a reasonable timeframe. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution. bigwin69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Methods

bigwin69 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling-related transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited payment methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bigwin69 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering purpose. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the player's own name.

5. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS

bigwin69 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• bigwin69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigwin69 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your bigwin69 account.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the bigwin69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of bigwin69 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bigwin69.

9. PRIVACY & DATA

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bigwin69, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bigwin69 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
